They hire ramped up officer that escalated the situationand just can't wait to engage somone with his weapon. I've seen it happen during my career. To Protect and Serve. My father was an officer who talked down a man with a shotgun in D.C.. Because he showed decency and respect. My dad was one tough hombre but he spoke from the heart and the guy saw the sincerity and gave up his weapon. He always told me to get in the person's head, what they've been through before you show officer presence. Don't slam the door on them before you know their story. It's called descalation.. Granted there are times when immediate and deadly force are the only option but not every situation calls for the weapon pulled out at half ready right off the bat. .

It's funny how SovCits always deny driving yet also talk about no crime being committed. Oh, so if there was an injured party, then you'd accept responsibility? But wait... Would everyone in the car be responsible? No? Only one person in the car has to be awake and sober with their eye on the road? Whaaat? So do SovCits have a word for such person? It can't be "traveller" since that applies to everyone in the car. It's like, which is it. Is this about what you consider a crime, or what you consider driving? You can't have it both ways. If you'll accept responsibility when there is a serious crime, then all this mumbo jumbo about "travelling" is even more pointless than it already is. Because then you'll accept responsibility. Or will you? Would you just continue the "I wasn't driving" nonsense, therefor "i'm not responsible". Would you still ask "where's the injured party"? As if this particular injured party doesn't apply to you? And ultimately they don't understand that you don't need an injured party for there to be a crime. We have smallers preemptive crimes to prevent the serious crimes happening to begin with. We know running red lights, speeding, drinking and driving, etc will lead to more accidents on the road. You may be able to get away with it from time to time, but it significantly will lead to more accidents if everyone was doing that. Trying to jedi mind trick the cops with "These are not the travellers you're looking for" "We have the right to travel" isn't gonna work. There's countless methods of travel. Driving a car is its own thing, and that's not a right, it's a privilege. You live in a society with other people. If you're going to be careless, society has its own right to take away your privileges. I'd love to see how they answer this question. Why do drivers licenses exist?
